The tribunal investigating bribery claims against former Supreme Court judge Philip Tunoi has ended its sessions.
Chairman Sharad Rao said on Monday that no law supports the investigation of a judge who has retired.
Rao said they will prepare a report based on the evidence before them and present it to President Uhuru Kenyatta, without making a conclusion.
Tunoi was under investigation for allegedly receiving Sh200 million from Governor Evans Kidero to issue a favourable ruling in an election petition by Kabete Punchline Africatv's photo.
