After further consultation,President Uhuru Kenyatta has suspended Justice Philip K. Tonui as judge of the Supreme Court.
The President of the Republic of Kenya has therefore appointed a 7-Member Tribunal chaired by Sharad Rao to investigate conduct of Justice Tonui.Judge Roselyn Korir, Rtd Justice Jonathan Havelock, Judith Guserwa, James Kaberere Gachoka,Abdirashid Abdullahi Hussein and George Munji Wakukha"
