Kikuyu Elders planning to throw Rotten eggs to Obama

The Kikuyu Council of Elders have threaten to pelt US President Barack Obama with rotten eggs if he supports same-sex marriages during his tour of the country this month.

Senior council member Samuel Thuita said gayism is not only blasphemous, but unacceptable in the African customs and norms.

Thuita said the Bible does not allow same-sex unions.

“The founding father of the nation Mzee Jomo Kenyatta was pelted with rotten eggs in Britain for only agitating for our independence. I will mobilize and lead every member of the council, including women and the youth, and Kenyans in general to throw rotten eggs at Obama if he dares introduce the gay and lesbian debate,” he said.

Thuita urged Kenyans and Africans to uphold their customs and not fall prey to neocolonialism being introduced through the back door.

He accused Western countries of funding the opposition to destabilise the country.

Thuita said the opposition wants to ensure President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto’s administration does not succeed. He said the attempts will fail miserably. Thuita accused Cord leaders Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka of criticising and abusing Uhuru and Ruto.
